Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled without charge when they fall within the communicated free cancellation window for the trip type.

Late cancellations may attract a nominal charge where operational costs have already been incurred, such as driver dispatch time or trip preparation.

If the assigned team is unable to reach the passenger after reasonable attempts at the pickup point, the booking may be treated as a no-show and applicable charges may apply.

If a confirmed booking cannot be fulfilled from the operator side, the customer is informed as early as possible and an alternative or refund is offered where applicable.
